All audio accessories earpieces are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons, unless they arrive damaged (item was damaged by shipping company).

If a box arrives damaged;

1.) Take a picture of the damage.

2.) Contact us immediately.

All battery shipments must be labeled according to shipping regulations.

Restocking fee up to 35% applies, unless specified.

Example;

Total (less shipping) - percentage (ea item) = Refund

Shipping does not include insurance, unless specifically requested by the customer by phone or email prior to ordering.

All shipping fees are non-refundable.
